Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Booking confirmations become valid only after issuance of official booking documents or confirmation vouchers.
- Airline rules and restrictions apply.
- Flight schedules may change without notice.
- Airlines may cancel, delay, or modify flights.
- Passengers must verify travel documents before departure.
- No-show penalties may apply.
- Hotel classifications are provided by suppliers.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Additional hotel charges must be settled directly with the hotel.
- Hotel policies may vary by property.
Package inclusions and exclusions are listed within each package.
Youth Trip reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions.
- Operational requirements.
- Government restrictions.
- Force majeure circumstances.
- Youth Trip provides documentation and application assistance only.
- Passport issuance remains solely at the discretion of the issuing authority.
- Government fees are separate.
- Passport fees and service charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for submitting genuine documents.
Youth Trip provides visa assistance only.
Visa approval or rejection remains solely at the discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
- Visa approval is not guaranteed.
- Embassy and immigration decisions are final.
- Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for submitting genuine documents.
Travel insurance products are issued by authorized insurance companies.
Claims, coverage, exclusions, and settlement processes are governed by the insurer's policy terms.
Youth Trip is not responsible for claim decisions made by insurers.
Youth Trip may facilitate foreign currency exchange requests through authorized banking institutions, licensed forex partners, and approved exchange providers.
Currency exchange services are subject to:
• Applicable foreign exchange regulations.
• Government and regulatory authority requirements.
• RBI guidelines (where applicable).
• Verification of customer identity and travel documents.
Exchange rates displayed on the platform:
- Are indicative only.
- May change without prior notice.
- Are subject to market fluctuations.
- Become final only after transaction confirmation.
Youth Trip does not guarantee a specific exchange rate until the transaction is completed.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Passport Copy
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar Card (where applicable)
- Visa Copy
- Flight Ticket
- Travel Itinerary
- Other documents required by law
Failure to provide required documentation may result in transaction cancellation.
Currency exchange transactions are subject to:

Registered agents agree to:

- Use the platform ethically.
- Avoid unauthorized markups or misleading representations.
Youth Trip reserves the right to suspend agent accounts for policy violations.
Suppliers agree to:
- Provide accurate inventory and pricing.
- Maintain service quality standards.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Honor confirmed bookings.
Youth Trip acts as an intermediary between users and suppliers.
Youth Trip shall not be liable for:
- Airline cancellations.
- Hotel service issues.
- Supplier insolvency.
- Visa refusal.
- Travel delays.
- Lost baggage.
- Natural disasters.
- Government actions.
- Force majeure events.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
All website content, logos, graphics, software, trademarks, designs, and materials are the exclusive property of Youth Trip or its licensors.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Use of personal information is governed by the Youth Trip Privacy Policy.
Users consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of information necessary for booking and service delivery.
